Eunice Jackson  Eunice Jackson is a retired high school science teacher and technology coordinator. Retirement, though, is not a word she is ready to embrace. Looking for new challenges and opportunities, she has ventured into the world of higher education and corporate life. Eunice is currently writing for a textbook company, involved in technology training for teachers, grant work with Bowling Green State University, and serves as a software training consultant. She has worked with professional development for teachers in various capacities for over 15 years, including software, computing skills, differentiated instructional strategies, technology integration into existing curricula, and curriculum development.
