Essential Elements for Success is the first in a series of work sessions offered by Professional Learning Associates to help in getting the most out of your WebGrader initiative. The day begins by examining the WebGrader users and their role in the successful use of the system. Change factors are examined and the planning begins by answering the important questions of “Where are we now?” and “Where do we want to be?” In the afternoon we take a look at all the important decisions that are needed to insure successful implementation, make the best use of the WebGrader system and create a plan for moving forward.
