Professional Dialogue

Feedback is one of the cornerstones of good communication. Ongoing and effective feedback is a key in creating a safe and productive professional dialogue. This session begins by looking at data through five different lenses: instructional focus; lesson study; policy change; and student and parent focus. As the day progresses, we begin to dig into your own data from your WebGrader accounts learning how to create and save reports along the way. We use these reports to discover and discuss, creating new professional dialogue throughout your staff.
